Our Story
6 Degrees Consulting was founded on May 1, 2006 by Bob Lawson who identified a void in the Pittsburgh market for certified, experienced, minority contractors and suppliers. 6 Degrees opened its first office and current headquarters in Pittsburgh’s developing East End. Being wholly-owned and operated by a lifelong Pittsburgh resident, 6 Degrees holds both a personal dedication to and financial stake in the development and revitalization of Pittsburgh and its surrounding communities.
